From invite to report in four steps.

    Schedule a round and HireRabbit.AI emails the candidate a one-time link. No account or password needed.

  2. Consent

    Before anything starts, the candidate is told the interview is run by AI and that integrity signals are recorded for human review.

  3. Interview

    A real-time voice AI asks the round's questions in a spoken conversation. Attempts are capped per round.

  4. Review

    You get the recording, the full transcript and a report. The headline score is computed from the per-question scores.

During the interview, HireRabbit.AI tracks eye, body and hand movement only to flag moments that may mean the interview isn't the candidate's own work, such as another person in view or sustained off-screen gaze. Flags appear on the recording timeline for a recruiter to review.

Does movement tracking affect the interview score?
