Is the headline score generated by the AI?
No. The model supplies the four criterion scores. HireRabbit.AI calculates the headline from them, so the score on screen always matches the breakdown beside it.
Can I change how the four criteria are weighted?
No. Skill match, work experience, projects and education carry equal weight. You shape screening through the job's required skills, its screening difficulty and its auto-reject threshold.
What happens to a resume that has none of the required skills?
Its score is capped at 20 in code, regardless of what the model returned. The cap exists so an irrelevant resume can never look like a strong match.
Is auto-reject automatic?
You set the threshold. Resumes below it are filed to Rejected when you confirm the batch. No email is sent, and you can move any of them back. You can see every filed resume and move it back through the normal move flow.
Does the AI use anything besides the resume?
Scoring uses what the applicant submitted, compared against the job. Every extracted entry must trace to text that is actually in the resume.
