A job description from one line.

Describe the role in a sentence, paste a draft, or upload a PDF, DOCX or TXT file. Rabbit, the built-in AI assistant, drafts the description and extracts the title, department, level, location, salary range and required skills for you to review.

Every resume read against the job.

Upload up to 50 resumes at a time. HireRabbit.AI parses each one and scores it on skill match, work experience, projects and education. HireRabbit.AI computes the headline from those four.
  • Screening difficulty (easy, medium, hard) sets how hard missing skills are penalized
  • You set the threshold. Resumes below it are filed to Rejected when you confirm the batch. No email is sent, and you can move any of them back.

Design your process once

Applied, Shortlisted, Selected and Rejected are built in. Add your own rounds between them. Each job gets its own copy, so editing a template never disturbs a live role.

Pipeline stage counts that add up to the total of 242 candidates, each candidate counted once.

Real-time AI interviews

Recruiters get the recording, the transcript and a report whose headline HireRabbit.AI computes.

Reasons on record

Moving a single candidate needs a written reason. Shortlisted, Selected and Rejected always email the candidate.

Move-stage dialog for a custom Tech round stage: Rabbit suggests short reason chips, the recruiter must write the reason, and sharing it with the candidate is off by default.

Least-privilege by design

People see what their role or interview stage requires, and nothing more. Access is checked on every request.
